BLS IT exists to fix something that's been broken in the MSP industry for a long time.
Nate saw what too many growing businesses experience: an MSP that didn't understand the stakes. Whether it was meeting compliance requirements, scaling infrastructure, or keeping critical systems online, too many providers were out of their depth, and their clients were paying the price.
With a background in Enterprise IT and MSP leadership, Nate knew this wasn't a one-off problem. Too many MSPs prioritize their own processes over what the business actually needs, leaving clients with cookie-cutter solutions that can't keep up with growth, regulation, or complexity. So he set out to build something better: an MSP that puts the client at the center and delivers the kind of support most providers reserve for their largest enterprise accounts.
Christina and Rob shared the same vision. Drawing on decades of experience supporting complex AV integrations and live production environments, where failure isn't an option and systems have to just work, they understood what it takes to deliver IT that performs under pressure. They saw businesses across industries, from healthcare practices navigating HIPAA to professional services firms managing sensitive client data to growing companies outpacing their current IT, all underserved by MSPs that treated compliance and scalability as afterthoughts. They knew there was a better way: one that's more integrated, more responsive, and more invested in long-term success.
